Thank you for choosing Hashboard ("we", "us", "our", or "Hashboard"). Hashboard is operated by Triplehash Technologies. By accessing our platform services or signing up for workspaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or business client, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, opening, or accessing Hashboard workspace portals, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to follow all conditions outlined herein. If you disagree with any segment, you are restricted from exploring or utilizing our modules.
2. Accounts & Workspace
Organizations generate workspaces managed by Administrators. Workspace credentials, employee folders, payroll structures, client projects, and space vaults lie under the authority and maintenance of the customer Admin:
- Password Security: Admins and individual users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and secure. Space vault access and keys must not be shared publicly.
- Workspace Actions: Workspace owners are liable for all actions, uploads, message exchanges, and changes that take place inside their respective company domain.
- Role Assignments: The system enforces distinct limits based on roles (Employee, Manager, Client, Administrator). Workspace accounts must match valid roles.
3. Billing & Payments
Subscriptions, invoices, and billing metrics are integrated with our Billing module:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Plan fees are determined by the volume of active team spaces, total active users, or portal modules utilized.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term using the stored payment method unless the Administrator triggers a cancellation from the Billing dashboard.
4. Acceptable Use
To preserve Hashboard workspace performance and safety boundaries, users agree not to:
- Upload, send, or share toxic, malicious, or unauthorized code via Hashboard Chat channels or Spaces vaults.
- Initiate denial-of-service triggers, coordinate bulk messaging scripts, or scrape platform resources.
- Circumvent biometric scanner APIs, simulate clock-in scans, or falsify expense claims.
- Modify or reverse engineer Hashboard client applications or access servers without authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
Hashboard and all source code, database structures, UI templates, design assets, corporate branding, logos, and custom modules are the exclusive property of Triplehash Technologies and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access our platform solely for your business operational needs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Hashboard shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from database service interruptions, loss of operational logs, data corruption, or the inability to use biometric validation features. We provide Hashboard "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Termination
Administrators may terminate corporate subscriptions at any time via the billing management tab. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts immediately if we detect clear violations of these Terms, non-payment disputes, or suspicious platform interactions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of this agreement shall reside under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
